Arboretum was used with several cross-species datasets. We here provide the expression matrices and the initial clusterings used to inialize Arboretum for clustering
Each tar file below has species-specific files. Files with the suffix "clusterassign.txt" have the cluster assignments used for initializing Arboretum. Files with suffix ".geneexp" have the expression data. |
